Who doesn't like lemon and sugar mixed together? The two flavors have been a marriage made in heaven since baking began! We took our Classic Sugar Cookie and combined it with pure lemon to create this wonderfully light and lemony treat. We then threw in the poppy seeds to give it a nice little crunch.
