After much experimenting with recipes, we have perfected a truly superior Chocolate Chip cookie.

The problem with most Chocolate Chip cookies is that there is usually too much dry cookie and not enough chocolate. These are very soft gems loaded with chips of fine Callebaut chocolate barely held together by great cookie dough.
