The Visionary

Joe Applebaum worked as a television producer in "the biz" for 20 years but had always dreamed of finding his way back home to Northern California. In 2004, Joe made plans to leave television and take a shot at making a living around his passion – BAKING! Today, Joe has flour on his hands and a smile on his face every day while crafting the most delectable treats imaginable.
